摘要
遵循现代短跑理论,运用文献资料、数理统计、对比分析和逻辑分析方法,对90年代 14名世界优秀选手100m跑速度节奏进行了研究,表明:起跑后加速跑、途中跑和终点跑合理的时间分配应分别为成绩的37.62%、44.25%、18.13%;“多峰型”速度节奏的技术值得商榷;现代男子100m跑速度节奏表现为“堤坝型”特征;缩短途中跑加速距离,提高途中跑最大速度,增加途中跑最大速度的跑进距离,减少终点跑速度降低,是21世纪该项目速度节奏的发展趋势。
Following the modem theory of short running, and using the approaches of data and documents, mathematical statistics comparative and logical analysis, the author studied the speeding rhythm of 100m running of fourteen outstanding runners of the world in the 1990s, shows the time division among speeding-up starts running, on-the-way running and terminal running is the result of 37. 6290,44. 25 %, and 18. 13 %. The technology of speeding rhythm of 'Multi-peek' type is worth discussing. The modern speeding rhythm of male 100m running is the characteristies of 'Dam' type. In the author's opinion, the developing orientations in 21th century is increasing the maximums speed of on-the-way running, decreasing the speeding-up distance of on- theway running, and increasing the distance of maximum speed of on-the-way running.
