通过对我国高级篮球裁判员的问卷调查和咨询，得出篮球裁判员所必须具备的许多素质。运用统计学中的聚类分析ＲＳＲ方法，对调查结果进行了处理，最后确认了做一名优秀的篮球裁判员所必须具备的基本素质，为今后培养和聘用篮球裁判员提供理论依据。

Through questions-and-answer papers and inquiry among the advanced basketball judges of our country it is concluded that to be an excellent needs excellent qualities the results of this investigation was done with RSR statistics and the essential qualities to be an excellent basketball judge have been decided. The end conclusion of this investigation could provide the further study with a theoretical foundation.
