摘要
采用文献综述方法 ,研究分析影响跳远成绩的若干生物力学关联因素 :最佳腾起角、助跑速度、力量素质与跳远成绩的相关程度。
Through the literature summary ,the paper analyzes some factors of biomechanics based on former research about the theory of the best take?off angle and the relation between running speed,force factor and the result of long?jump.
