陕南经济欠发达县职工体育情况调查

The Study of Staff and Workers Sports in the Undeveloped Area in South of Shaanxi

通过对经济欠发达的陕西丹凤县职工体育活动的现状调查 ,笔者认为 ,政府支持与参与并细致的宣传教育工作以及发挥竞赛的“杠杆”作用是搞好该地区职工体育的重要条件 ;而场地缺乏、项目单一、社会体育指导员力量薄弱是制约该地区职工体育开展的主要因素。因此 ,笔者提出 ,积极鼓励和引导多种投资主体兴建体育场馆 ,开展一些场地条件要求不高 ,健身价值较高的项目 ,并加快社会体育指导员的培训、审批工作的建议。

The present sports siutations in undevelopment Danfeng county was investigated.The results show:The important conditions to make the local staffand workers better should have the goverment's supports and participation,and educational works,where as the main restrictive factors were the lack of sports ground,monotonous items and the weakness of the social physical training instructor.the gymnasiums should be built for encourging and leading the investor.Then the sports that do not need very good condition of spor tis ground and have high healthy should be developed.At last,the social physical value training instructous'fostering and examining work must be carried out as fast as possible.
