替莫唑胺联合鞘内注射治疗术后复发的颅内恶性肿瘤临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 颅内肿瘤由于其特有的血脑屏障和特殊的端粒酶活性，以及大脑丰富的血管和供血导致颅内肿瘤血管内皮细胞生长因子受体（EGFR）高表达，普通的化疗药物无法透过血脑屏障，小分子的替莫唑胺进入颅内的血药浓度也仅能达到30％～40％，鞘内注射药物浓度过高也同样会导致中枢神经系统不可逆损伤，我们采用替莫唑胺联合鞘内注射治疗颅内肿瘤达到了比较理想的效果。
