我国部分优秀男子链球运动员旋转技术的运动学分析

The Kinematic Analysis on Spinning Technique of Male Elite Hammer Thrower

旋转技术是掷链球技术中最关键的环节。通过两架高速摄影机 ,对我国部份优秀男子链球运动员的投掷技术进行了拍摄并解析 :在旋转时单双支撑时间分布 ,链球加速途径 ,重心变化及链球运行斜面变化等情况进行了运动学的分析 ,从中发现我国男子链球旋转技术中存在的一些问题 ,并提出了一些建议 ,以供训练时参考。

WT5”,6BZ]The most key technique of hammer throwing is spinning technique. By using two high-speed cameras, author recorded some male elite hammer thrower′s throwing technique and made kinematic analysis on the singal or double supporting time, the speed-up path of hammer, the change of gravity and the movement change on inclined plane of hammer. Author also found out some problems exising in spining technique of our hammer thrower and pointed out some suggestions for referance in training.
