浅析柔道投技的进攻时机

采用统计法和文献资料等方法 ,对 1998年全国男子柔道冠军赛 118场投技进攻的统计与分析 ,笔者提出 ,柔道比赛中应以主动进攻为主 ,反攻与连络技次之。虽然主动进攻的成功率低于连络技和反攻 ,但比赛中主动进攻的次数大大超过了其他两攻。因此 ,主动进攻仍是得分的主要手段。

Therefore, mastering opportunities plays a key role in the wrestling. Thus, it is an indispansable component to train the athlete of judo to grasp the attack opportunities in tactic training.
