摘要
弹跳力是排球运动中基本而又非常重要的身体素质之一 ,一些文献资料曾对此进行过研究 ,但如何对排球运动员弹跳力进行最优化训练 ,却鲜有见到。本文就弹跳力最优化训练方法进行初步研究 ,结果表明 ,助跑摸高、原地起跳摸高等发力角 (膝角 )大于 135 (°)
For volleyball,the training of bouncing power is one of the basic,but the most important methods to improve the body quality.Many researchers had carried out researches on it,but few of them study how to train the bouncing power of volleyball athletes in the most excellent way.Author take a first step in this study,and hope it could provide some theoretical bases for the bouncing power training of volleyball athletes.
