摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量砷对大鼠大脑皮层乙酰胆碱脂酶(AChE)的影响。方法:以剂量递增法建立染砷大鼠动物模型。12周后,测定不同剂量砷对大鼠大脑皮层乙酰胆碱脂酶(AChE)。结果:不同剂量染砷组间大鼠大脑皮层乙酰胆碱脂酶(AChE)活性有显著性差别(P<0.05),随剂增加AChE值降低(P<0.05),呈剂量—效应关系。低剂量组与正常对照组相比,乙酰胆碱脂酶活性无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论:随染砷剂量增加,大鼠大脑皮层AChE活性降低,呈剂量—效应关系。
Objective: To study the effect of difference dose Arsenite on acetylcholinease of cerebral cortex. Methord: Animal model were created by means of increasing dose . After 12 week, the activity of AChE in cerebral cortex of four group rats were measured. Results: AChE activity of cerebral cortex in rat was significantly different in the differert dose groups (P 〈 0.05 ). With the rise of dose, AchE level in cerebral cortex was markedly lower( P〈 0.05 ), and was in a dose- effect manner. AChE activity was not significantly different between low- does and high- dose group( P 〉 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Level of AChE of cerebral cortex could be affected by Arsenity. the change was in a dose- effect manner.
