摘要
由于缺乏横梁力学性能参数,设计师在车架设计时对横梁的选择比较随意,往往只考虑系统的通过性,而忽视了横梁本身对车架力学性能的影响。本文研究了商用车十四种常用横梁结构的力学性能,为车架优化设计提供了理论依据。
Because of the lack of beam dynamic characteristic datas, traditonal design only consider the requirements of different sub-system which leads to overlook the impact on the frame performance influnced by the cross beam. This paper, study on the dynamic characteristics of 14 commercial vehicle cross beam structures and provides the theoretical data for frame optimal design.
