Research on the Development of County Economy in Jilin Province in the Perspective of the Coordination of Industrialization, Urbanization, and Agricultural Modernization

统筹推进工业化、城镇化和农业现代化同步发展,既是我国"十二五"时期的一项重要任务,同时也是促进我国城乡均衡发展的重要途径。吉林省作为我国率先实施"三化"统筹的省份,如何把"三化"统筹和县域经济发展有效地结合起来,如何实现县域"三化"间的内部协调,如何利用"三化"互动来破解转型时期县域经济发展所面临的瓶颈问题,是当前吉林省实现县域经济突破的关键。

Coordination of industrialization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization is not only an important task of China's 'Twelfth Five-Year Plan',but also an important way to promote balanced development of urban and rural areas in China.Jilin is one of the earliest Provinces implementing the ' Coordination Strategy'.Now the key issues for Jilin Province are three folded as follows: How to combine the 'Coordination Strategy' with the development of county economy effectively? How to implement the 'Coordination Strategy' without internal conflicts? How to break the bottle neck of county economic development by implementing the 'Coordination Strategy'?
