摘要
设计了密封试验装置,对准80×116×15规格的无骨架密封圈在其正面和反面受水压的两种情况下,通过改变轴的偏心量、更换轴套和箍紧弹簧,进行了密封圈的密封试验,确定了各个因素对密封的综合影响,从而得到了密封安全区域,为海洋科学考察船侧推筒体封盖轴密封设计提供了参考。
Sealing test-bed is designed. Ф80×116×15 fi-ameless seal is tested under water pressure on its both sides. The seal test is implemented through changing the shaft offset, and replacing the bushings and springs. Through the test, the safe seal area is thereby determined, which provides reference to design the sealing of shaft on the tunnel valve of thruster for marine research ship.
