摘要
针对油田使用的各种钻杆、套管及抽油杆生产质量及使用中检测的需要,研制了钻杆与抽油杆模拟加载试验装置。装置主要由模拟试验台、液压拉压加载系统。扭矩加载系统和数据采集与计算机控制系统组成。试验台可以提供的拉压载荷为1000kN,扭矩载荷为10kNim。液压系统采用电液伺服加载系统,用于控制加载油缸输出拉压载荷的大小、形式和频率,扭矩加载系统采用交流伺服器控制加载电机输出加载扭矩。性能试验和应用试验表明,该试验装置能满足长度为100-1000mm,直径110—160mm,不同材质的全尺寸石油钻杆及抽油杆试样的强度试验或疲劳试验。
A loading simulation equipment for drilling pipe and sucker rod is presented for the need of the detection during manufacture and usage of drilling pipes, casings, sucker rods and so on. This eqtlipment consists of a test bed, hydraulic system for tension and compression loading, torque loading system, data acquisition system and a control system based on computer. An electro-hydraulic servo is used to generate the wanted tension and compression load (including amplitude, wave style and frequency of the load). The expected torque is depending on an AC servo which is used to control the loading motor. The maximum tension/compression load is 1000kN and the torque is 10 kN. m. The tests results and applications indicate that this device can perform strength tests or fatigue tests for drilling pipes or sucker rods with length of 100ram to 1000ram, diameter of 10mm to 160mm and different materials.
