摘要
采用有限元软件ANSYS对船用推力轴承壳体进行了优化设计研究。建立了推力轴承壳体三维模型,根据轴承实际应用工况对其进行约束和载荷施加,获得了壳体应力及变形云图。在保证推力轴承安全的前提下,以减少质量为目标,对壳体结构尺寸进行了优化。对比分析结果表明,优化后壳体尺寸更加合理,大大降低了设备重量。
Optimum design of the marine thrust bearing housing has heen presented using ANSYS software. A 3D model for bearing housing is set up, and the reasonable restriction and load is defined according to its actual work. Then the strength of the bearing housing is analyzed to obtain the stress and displacement rule of housing. The optimization of the bearing housing has been accomplished on the basis of finite element analyzing with the safety of housing being guaranteed as a premise. The analysis result shows that the optimum design can optimize the hearing housing size and reduce its mass.
