摘要
教育要面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来。在新世纪我们有必要审时度势,迎接挑战,把握机遇,促进发展。文章通过探讨面向21世纪高校体育教师继续教育的目标、原则和内容等问题,提出了构建高校体育教师继续教育的模式及其保障机制,以期提高高校体育教师的整体素质,为在新世纪高校体育教师继续教育提供理论依据。
Education should face to the modernze. world and future. This essay puts the patterns and mechanisms for P. E. teachers continued education through deeply think of the aim,principle and content in colleges and universities in 21 century .and proved the theory basis.
