文章把“自控原理”用于排球教学中,在坚持教师主导作用的前提下,强调学生学习整个技术动作过程的“自控”能力,目的是充分发展学生的思维和个性,以求探索提高教学质量的新途径。

This article applies ' self ?control theory' to teaching volleyball. During the course of teaching we persist in teacher's guiding role, and at the same time emphasize student's self -control function when learning technical exercises, the purpose of which is to develop the student's thinking and character so as to search for a new way to increase teaching quality.
