摘要
单孢分离是研究食用菌遗传育种的重要技术之一。介绍了1种简单、快速的利用琼脂块分离白灵菇单孢菌株的新方法。该方法不需特殊设备,操作简单、快速、准确,挑取的单核菌丝成功率达100%,值得推广到其它种类食用菌的单孢分离工作中。
Single spore isolation was one of the important technology of edible fungus breeding. In this paper, a new simple, quick method was adopted to isolate the single spore of Pleurotus eryngii var. tuoliensis, which didn＇ t need special equipment and was simple, fast and accurate in operation. The success rate of mononuclear mycelia was 100%. This method was worth exten- ding to other edible fungi.
