摘要
通过酚醛浸渍的方式对对位芳纶纸基材料进行了增强处理,并对酚醛树脂胶液的浓度进行了探索,得出了最佳的树脂浸渍量,同时采用扫描电镜观察浸渍前后的芳纶表面,并对浸渍后的纯浆粕芳纶纸张和配抄纸样进行了动态机械分析。结果表明,改性酚醛树脂用量为23%时,对位芳纶纸基功能材料的物理强度指标最好,浸渍后纸页表面变得更光滑均匀,纤维间的交织增强。芳纶纸基材料的动态力学分析表明,芳纶短切纤维与浆粕纤维的相容性很好,配抄纸样的损耗模量曲线与力学内耗曲线的变化规律与纯浆粕纸样是一致的,但储存模量要高于纯浆粕纸样。
PPTA paper was impregnated by phenolic to enhance strength properties and concentration of phenolic resin was explored in this study, the optimal amount of phenolic was obtained. At the same time, the scanning electron microscope was used to study the surface of PPTA paper, the aramid paper was also analyzed by dynamic mechanical analysis. Results showed that when the dosage of the modified phenolic resin was 23%, PPTA paper got best physical strength properties, the surface of paper after impregnation was more smooth and homogeneous, fiber intertexture was enhanced, The dynamic mechanical analysis showed that the compatibility of aramid fiber and fabrid was rather good, the loss modulus and loss modulus curves was consistent between fabrid paper and mixed paper, but the storage modulus was higher than pure fabrid sheet.
