中医药临床研究可“突破”

Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Can Have "Breakthrough"

笔者通过阅读商洪才等专家发表的《中医药临床研究待"突破"》有感,撰写此文。本文以黑龙江国家中医临床研究基地妇科所承担的"十一五"支撑计划、"国家重大科技专项(慢病项目)"中医临床科研项目为例,就如何管理好中医临床研究、产出成果及实现成果转化等3方面进行阐述。强调从选题、运行模式、质控方面优化中医临床研究的过程;建立全面细致的管理体系,保障研究过程的顺利进行;明确临床科研成果的分类,实现中医临床研究成果的高数量和质量的产出。旨在为中医临床研究的"发展"和"突破"提供借鉴作用。

This article was inspired by the paper that Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Needs ＂A Breakthrough＂, which was written by Shang Hongcai. This article took the ＂11^th Five-year Plan＂ of the National Science and Technology Support Project and the ＂National Public Welfare Projects of Chinese Medicine＂, which were undertaken by the Heilongjiang Gynecology, which is one of the National Trial Bases of Chinese Medicine as an example to illustrate the Chinese medicine clinical trial management, achievement producing, and realization of achievement transformation. The emphasis should be made on the optimization of Chinese medicine clinical trial from the topic selection, operation mode and quality control. A comprehensive and detailed management system should be worked out to ensure the smooth conduction of clinical trials. The clinical research results should be clarified to achieve high quantity and quality outputs. The article was aimed to provide references for the ＂development＂ and ＂breakthrough＂ of Chinese medicine clinical trials.
