郑氏新伤药水治疗急性软组织损伤的临床研究

Clinical Research of Treament of Acute Soft Tissue Injuries with Zheng's Xin Shang Yao Shui Medicinal Preparations

选择伤后 7天以内的急性软组织损伤病例 60例 ,分实验组和对照组 ,分别使用郑氏新伤药水和市售正骨水。观察用药后疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能状况、药物止痛起效时间和持续时间、临床疗效以及用药后血常规、肝功、肾功、心肌酶谱等变化情况。结果表明 ,新伤药水具有显著的消肿 (P <0 0 1 )、缓解压痛 (P <0 0 1 )的作用。其临床疗程平均为 7 67± 2 47天 ,临床显效率 90 % ,较对照组 50 %的临床显效率有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。实验室观察用药后对机体无明显不良反应。

In this article,there are 60 cases of acute soft tissue injuries in 7 days.They were divided into the experimental and control groups.After using Zheng's Xin Shang Yao Shui(ZXSY)and ZhengGu Shui(ZGS) respectively,the changes were observed such as pain,swollen,tenderness,functional condition,time of relieving pain and its duration,the function of the liver and nephridial,myocardium enzyme.The results indicate that ZXSY possossion notably acts on detumes cence(P<0 01) and relieving pain((P<0 01).Its clinic period of treatment was 7 67±2 47days.The marked effective rate was 90%,while in the controllable group was 50%.There was significant difference between the two groups in effective rate(P<0 01).In the experiment it has no harmful effects on the human body.
