摘要
测定了成年大鼠血清脂蛋白以及脂质过氧化水平和抗氧化酶活性的变化。12只12月龄的Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和训练组,训练组在跑台上训练8周(每周训练5天,每天训练30min,速度为20m/min)。结果如下:(1)8周后,训练组体重明显低于对照组;(2)训练组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC) 变化不明显.低密度脂蛋白(LDL—C) 明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C) 明显高于对照组,P<0.01;(3)训练组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)均高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)含量低于对照组,差异有显著意义.提示有规律的有氧运动训练在调节脂蛋白代谢和抗脂质过氧化方面有显著作用。
Twelve male Wistar rats (12 - mo - old) were randomly divided into two groups: control and aerobic exercise training. The trained rats performed 8-weeks treadmill exercise training program (5 days/week, 30 min/day, 20 m/min). Serum lipids, malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dis- mutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH - Px) were measured. The results were as follows: 1. The weights of the rats were significantly fower in the training group.2. TG and TC unchanged, LDL - C was lower and HDL - C was higher (P< 0. 01) in the training group. 3. Serum MDA content was lower and the activities of SOD and GSH - Px were higher as compared with control group. These results suggested that regular aerobic exercise training have significant effects on anti - lipid peroxide and serum lipids metabolism and may be beneficial to antiatherosclerosis.
