摘要
代谢综合征病理机制为胰岛素抵抗,中医从肝脾肾论治代谢综合征,认为其病机为脾失运化、肝失疏泄、肾气虚弱,则痰浊、气滞、血瘀内生,发为代谢综合征,治以益气健脾、调肝理气、补肾活血。
The pathological mechanism of metabolic syndrome is insulin resistance,and the treatment of metabolic syndrome from liver and spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine,and the loss of trans- port of the spleen and the failure of liver to convey and disperse and the weakness of kidney-Qi are the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome. Tonifying Qi and invigorating the spleen and regulating the liver-Qi and invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation are the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.
