单向活瓣肺减容术治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病 被引量:2

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的慢性气道疾病,以持续存在且进行性发展的气流受限为特征,伴有气道和肺对有害颗粒或气体的异常炎症反应。COPD居全球死亡原因的第4位,带来了巨大的社会负担和经济负担。虽然目前药物治疗能缓解症状,提高活动耐量和生活质量,但仅有戒烟和在部分低氧血症患者中氧疗被证实能提高生存率。
