摘要
目的构建基于"方证相对"原理的抗肝肾纤维化方药筛选平台,以筛选符合中医原理的相关方药。方法在中医"方证相对"原理指导下,依托"中医方证研究与新药研发决策服务平台",设计肝肾纤维化方证筛选的工作程序及技术流程,确立数据采集的原则与方法,建立肝肾纤维化相关方证数据库群,进而构建抗肝肾纤维化中医方药筛选工作平台。结果筛选出与肝纤维化相关的主治方剂20首,单味药(或药对)30种;与肾纤维化相关的主治方剂20首,单味药(或药对)20种。结论基于"方证相对"原理抗肝肾纤维化方药筛选平台可为有关抗肝纤维化、抗肾纤维化研究筛选有效方剂,对中医文献的深度发掘和利用以及中药新药研发有实际应用价值。
Objective To construct Chinese medical platform to screen anti-hepatic and anti-kidney fibrosis herbs on the basis of ＂formula to syndrome＂ theory, and to screen prescriptions and herbs. Methods On the basis of ＂Formula to Syndrome＂ theory, we designed the working program and technique process to establish the principle and method of data collection. The database cluster was established to construct the platform. Results The main 20 prescriptions and 30 kinds of herbs in preventing fibrosis of liver and kidney were screened out. Twenty prescriptions and 20 kinds of herbs in preventing kidney fibrosis were screened out. Conclusion Chinese medical platform has significant significance in literature research and development of Chinese medicine.
