摘要
首先简述了钻机发展方向以及项目背景,然后对整个系统结构作一论述,并结合钻机工艺论述了如何用西门子软件WinCC Flexible实现钻机电控系统HMI的组态。重点论述了钻机中自动送钻、大钩高度、钻机起升、转盘、泥浆泵的工艺以及这几幅界面的实现方法。
This paper briefly introduces that development trend of driller at first.Then the paper summarizes the structure of the whole system and discusses how to achieve the driller electrical control system by SIEMENS configuration software-WinCC flexible.The paper discusses emphasis that the branch know how of auto-drilling,hook height,lift system,rotary,mud pump in driller and the way to achieve their pictures.
