摘要
提出了顶空一气相色谱法测定植物提取物中19种有机溶剂残留量的方法。选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为80℃和30min,用DB-FFAP色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。19种有机溶剂在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.005~0.2mg·L-1之间。在3个浓度水平上做回收试验,加标回收率在92.3%~115%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于8%。
Head-space wa applu , extracts. The balanced temperature and time of head space were set out at 80 C and 30 rain. The analytes were separated on DB-FFAP column and detected by FID. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 19 organic solvents were kept in definite ranges. Detection limit (3S/N) found were ranged from 0. 005 to 0. 2 rag L-1. Tests for recovery were performed by addition of mixed standard of 19 organic solvents at 3 concentration levels for 6 parallel determinations, results of recovery found were in the range of 02. 3--115 with RSDs in the range less than 8.
