摘要
烟用水基胶样品采用硝酸(65+35)和过氧化氢进行程序控制升温微波消解,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品溶液中硼酸的含量。采用B作为测量同位素来消除质谱干扰。方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.12tzg·L-1。方法用于烟用水基胶的分析。用标准加入法测得其回收率在102%~109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5%。
Sample of water-based glue was treated with a mixture ofHNO: (65@35) and H202 by microwave assisted sample digestion under programmed temperature elevation, and content of boric acid in the sample solution was determined by ICP-MS. MS interference was eliminated by choosing u B as isotope in the determination. Value of detection limit (3S/N) found was 0. 12 g L 1. The proposed method was applied in the analysis of sample of water-based glue. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 102%-109%, with RSD's (n=6) less than 5.
