摘要
通过对’ 99世界杯女排比赛中、外自由防守队员的技术统计分析和现场观察 ,分析比较了中、外自由防守队员的技术运用状况及技术特点、作用 ,提出了培养自由防守队员的途径与方法。
By statistics and observation of Chinese and foreign loose defenders' technology in the '99 world-cup women volleyball match. The application of their technology and the feature and function is analyzed.Further,the ways and methods of training loose defender are put forward.
