过表达OsAIL5基因使水稻种子在发芽过程中对高浓度硝酸盐敏感 被引量:1

Overexpression of OsAIL5 Makes Rice Seeds Sensitive to High Concentrations of Nitrate During Germination

摘要 从水稻中克隆AP2/EREBP转录因子家族基因OsAIL5(AINTEGUMENTA-like 5),聚类分析结果表明OsAIL5为拟南芥AIL5的同源基因.器官表达谱结果表明OsAIL5在干燥种子中表达量最高.启动子GUS染色分析结果显示OsAIL5在种子发芽后第5~7d表达,并主要定位于根和幼叶中.转35S∷OsAIL5基因水稻的发芽率和生长势指标都表明:过表达OsAIL5基因会导致水稻种子对高浓度硝酸铵敏感. OsAILS, a member of AP2/EREBP transcription factors, was cloned from rice(Oryza sativa L. ). Phylogenetic analysis shows OsAIL5 is homologous gene of AIL5 in Arabidopsis thaliana. The expression of OsAIL5 is mainly located in rice seed and is induced by ABA. The activities of GUS driven by OsAIL5 promoter were only detected in 5 to 7 days after the rice germinated, especially in roots and young leaves. OsAIIZ- overexpressing transgenic plants compared with wildtype also weaken nitrate tolerance with lower germination rate and less growth vigor.
