摘要
本题拟研究阿片肽在力竭运动时对免疫功能的影响。小鼠腹腔注射 3.5 m g/kg体重 ,注射 30 min后做一次性游泳力竭运动。观察脾的 T淋巴细胞和 B淋巴细胞转化及腹腔巨噬细胞分泌的变化。结果表明 ,阿片肽可以抑制 B淋巴细胞的增殖转化 ,促进 T细胞的转化 ;力竭运动使腹腔巨噬细胞分泌白细胞介素 - 1水平降低 ,阿片肽可促进腹腔巨噬细胞分泌白细胞介素 - 1。实验结果提示 ,阿片肽在体内对不同的免疫细胞作用不同 ,它可以抑制 B细胞转化 ,促进 T细胞的增殖转化 ,促进巨噬细胞分泌 IL - 1。力竭运动导致的免疫抑制状态与阿片肽有关。
The purpose of this study was to examine the changes of immune functions after cavum abdomens injection of naloxone (3.5mg/kg weight) in mice. 30 minutes after injection of opiate blocker naloxone, the mice swum to exhaustion and samples were taken from mice after exhaustive swimming. LPS induced and ConA induced lymphocyte proliferation, IL 1 production of cavum abdomen macrophage were studied in vitro. The main results by exhaustive exercise were: endogenous opiate can enhance spleen lymphocyte proliferation to ConA and reduce spleen lymphocyte proliferation to LPS, endogenous opiate can stimulate IL 1 production of cavum abdomens macrophage, endogenous opiate acts one role of repression immune function in exhausting exercise.
