运动性疲劳时Ca^(2+)、线粒体膜电位的改变与细胞凋亡 被引量:37

摘要 5 0只雄性 Sprague- Dauley大鼠 ,随机分为对照组、1d训练组、6 d训练组、12 d训练组、18d训练组。游泳 30min,间歇 40 m in,再游泳 2 0 min后取材。结果显示大鼠肌、肝、血细胞 Ca2 + 浓度随着训练时间的延长均显著增加 (P<0 .0 1) ;肌、肝细胞线粒体膜电位呈升高、恢复、再升高的变化过程 (P<0 .0 1) ;12 d训练组肝细胞凋亡达到最高值 ,6 d训练组肌、肝细胞凋亡比例达到最高值。认为细胞凋亡是评定运动性疲劳与恢复的可行性指标。 Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups of control (G1), swim training for one day (G2), for six days (G3), for twelve days (G4), and for eighteen days (G5). The rats were submitted to swim for thirty minutes and after forty minutes intermission submitted to swim twenty minutes again. Then the samples were obtained to assay the changes of indexes in skeletal muscle, liver and blood cells. The results showed a significant increase of Ca in skeletal muscle, liver and blood cells following the prolongation of training time (p<0.01). The proportion of apoptosis in skeletal muscle, liver and blood cells are different by FCM and TUNEL. The proportion by FCM in skeletal muscle and blood cells is highest in G5, and G4 obtained maximum proportion in liver; the proportion by TUNEL in skeletal muscle and liver obtained maximum value in G3. The mechanism of apoptosis is initiated when the body is fatigued, and following aggravation of fatigue, the proportion of apoptosis becomes larger, the change of lymphocyte increases significantly, the change of proportion in apoptosis can evaluate the degree of fatigue accurately.
