摘要
为了改善LCB钢的低温冲击韧性,采取不同的热处理工艺对LCB钢进行试验。结果表明,试样经过940℃±10℃的正火预处理,然后加热到910℃±10℃保温适当时间后淬入水中,最后在650℃±10℃下回火,得到的回火索氏体组织最为细密,在﹣50℃时的冲击值可达87J,此时钢的强韧匹配效果最佳。
In order to improve the low temperature impact toughness of steel LCB, different heat treat- ment processes was taken to LCB steel. The results show that, after the normalizing pretreatment to the sample at 940℃ ±10℃, then heated it to 910℃ ± 10℃,and incubated for an appropriate time, then quenched into water, finally tempered at 650℃ ± 10℃, the organization of temperedmartensite was the finest, the value of impact under - 50℃ could reach to 50J, and best matched the strength and toughness of LCB steel.
