摘要
介绍了阀门螺栓装配采用手动方式拧紧的操作过程及其产品连接可靠性和生产效率的现状。分析了手动方式拧紧螺栓工艺的局限性和螺栓自动拧紧技术的发展趋势。提出了将螺栓自动拧紧技术引入阀门螺栓拧紧过程的设想,在此基础上应用某单轴自动拧紧设备进行了工艺试验,并对螺栓组多轴同步拧紧技术在阀门产品装配中的应用进行了可行性探讨。
Bolted joint is one of the most important joint modes for valves. Today, most bolt tightening work is done by manual in Chinese valve factories, which leads to low reliability and efficiency. In this paper, we apply automatic bolt tightening technology in the valve assembly process. The result of tech- nological test shows that reliability and efficiency of the assembly process could be greatly improved by using single - axis automatic tools. The feasibility of developing multi - axis synchronous tightening technology for valve assembly is also discussed.
