核电厂电气贯穿件阀门组件设计及验证

摘要 为满足核电厂电气贯穿件压力监控系统的密封性,采用一体式结构设计满足规范要求的阀门组件,并基于有限元分析方法,应用ANSYS进行力学分析计算评定,同时通过设计验证试验验证了组件的密封性能。 To Avoid the shortcomings of existing structure, the design of the valve assembly with inte- grative structure must meet the requirement of the code. Based on the :finite element analysis method, the mechanics analysis and evaluation were performed by ANSYS. At the same time, the validation test of design was completed to testify the excellent sealing performance, the results show that the performance of the valve assembly with integrative structure can meet the requirements of design parameters, and the assembly can be applied to monitor the pressure of electrical penetration assemblies of nuclear power plant.
