我国主权财富基金绩效评价体系研究

Study on China’s Sovereign Wealth Fund Performance Assessment System

主权财富基金负责管理运作本国公共财富进行对外投资,其运营效果直接影响国计民生。虽然我国的主权财富基金规模不断壮大,但对其管理思路尚不清晰,建立一套综合评价指标体系成为当务之急。本文在经济性、效率性、效果性的基础上,构建了以公司运营效果、公司治理结构、国际关系、社会责任为维度的衡量指标体系和层次分析法评价模型,并根据财务与非财务信息得出综合评价结论。

Sovereign wealth fund responsible for managing their public wealth for foreign investment,it directly affects the national economy and people’s livelihood.Although china’s sovereign wealth fund size has grown rapidly,but its management method is not clear enough.Under that condition,to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system has become a top priority.This article construct indicator system base on economy efficiency and effectiveness,and making the assessment conclusion according to reality.
