家庭用车能源效率回弹效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 提高能源效率常被认为是实现降低能耗、节约能源和减少污染的有效途径,可是近年来随着能源效率的提高,能源总消耗却迅猛增长。本文在理论分析的基础上,通过实地调研数据进行分析,测算得家庭用车这一微观层面的短期能源回弹效应,得出如下结论:能源效率回弹效应在中低收入群体中普遍存在,而高收入群体其行驶效应已得到满足,故其不存在能源效率回弹效应。但因其追求舒适便利往往倾向更高排量的汽车,故能源消耗也在不停地增高。在此基础上,本文提倡消费者改变其消费习惯,环保出行。
