摘要
:通过对北京市朝阳区五种行业职工参加体育活动状况的调查分析 ,证明各年龄段群体在参加体育锻炼的时间、频率、锻炼项目、锻炼目的、消费意识等均存在较大差异。说明在积极组织 ,开展各项体育锻炼项目的同时 ,必须加大宣传力度 ,引导体育消费 。
The physical activity participation status of workers and staff members of five trades in Chaoyang district of Beijing was investigated and analyzed. It was demonstrated that there existed great differences in duration, frequency, events and purpose for people of different age group to take part in physical activities as well as their consciousness of consumption. It was shown that at the same time with actively organizing and developing various sorts of physical training events the force of propagandizing physical training should be increased, sports consumption should be guided and health consciousness should be strengthened.
