摘要
该文综述了屈服应力的由来,测定方法以及血液届艉应力研究的状况。介绍了应用于血液系统中的本构方程中筛选出卡松方程的过程。阐明卡松屈服应力应用于高血压患者和健康火比较中得出的医学意义,又对一系列心脑血管病、血液成分异常疾病的屈服应力与健康人进行了比较。认为血液屈服应力项目具有临床应用价值,而且对于今后推动实现全血血液流变学的检测标准化具有意义。
Firstly,this article reviews the academic meaning and methodologies for yield stress determination,and the recent research profiles in blood yield stress field.Secondly, it introduces the courses of how the Casson Equation was screened out from 5 general ones which often was used in blood system.Then,Casson yield stress values were compared that from hypertension group and that from healthy control group,which shows useful meanings in medicine,and also done with cardio- and cerebro-vascular diseases and with the hematological disorders or plasma component abnormal ones as above mentioned.Finally, it suggested that not only does yield stress possess clinical utilization worth,but enable to promote standardization in blood rheological determination development as well.
