单侧球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折

摘要 目的探讨单侧球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效及可行性。方法对2006年6月一2012年6月29例患者,总计38个椎体,在局麻或全麻下,经单侧椎弓根穿刺行球囊扩张,椎体后凸成形术。结果29例患者在术后12h~3d疼痛明显减轻。均早期下床活动。影像学检查骨水泥填充良好,骨折复位满意。结论单侧球囊扩张椎体成形术是治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折安全、有效的微创技术。 Objective To study the efficacy and feasibility of unilateral transpedicular kyphoplasty with one balloon for osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures.Method We treated 29 patients from June 2006 to June 2012,total 38 vertebral bodies,with unilateral transpedicular kyphoplasty with one balloon.Result 29 patients' pain can be relieved in 12h-3d after surgery, and all of them can get out of bed in the early stage.The result of imageological examination shows that the bone cements filled well and reduction of fracture is also satisfied. Conclusion The unilateral transpedicular kyphoplasty with one balloon is a safe and effective micro-wound treatment technology to treat osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures.
