摘要
目的为大容量全血中手工制备浓缩血小板提供依据。方法留取献血者少量全血,在小型离心机上离心获得富血小板血浆;采用不同的离心速度,观察离心前后血常规的变化;计算血小板回收率。结果离心率在200—1,000Xg范围时,随着离心速度的降低,血小板回收率明显上升;离心速度为200×g时,血小板平均回收率达到80%左右,残留的红细胞和白细胞很少。结论在较低的离心速度时,从全血中分离的血小板计数和回收率较高,而残留的红细胞和白细胞较少,可以满足手工制备浓缩血小板的需要。
Objective To provide evidence for mass-produced whole blood-derived platelets concentrate. Methods Platelet rich plasma of a small quantity of blood was got by centrifugation in small centrifuge. The changes of blood routine indexes were determined and recovery ratios of platelet were calculated after centrifugation at different speed.Results The recovery ratios of platelets significantly increased accompanied by decrease of centrifugation speed from 200 to 1,000 x g.When 200 x g was selected as centrifugation speed,the mean recovery ratio of platelet attain to 80% and the remaining white blood cells and red blood cells were a little. Conclusion The numbers and recovery ratios of platelets were high,while the remaining red and white blood cells were low, after centrifugation at relative low speed.The platelets got by the established assay were qualified for development of whole-blood platelet concentrate.
