改进扫描技术的MRI和ECT在胸骨检查中的对比研究

Improved Scanning Technology of MRI Contrasts with ECT in Sternum Examination

目的探讨改进扫描技术的胸骨MRI是否具有临床应用价值。方法对EcT显示胸骨骨代谢活跃的15例患者进行磁共振检查，其中11例EcT示伴随其他部位的多处转移性骨肿瘤，4例无其他部位的异常。结果伴随其他部位的多处转移性骨肿瘤的11例胸骨MRI检查能明显显示胸骨的骨质破坏，N4例无其他部位异常的经手术证实无胸骨转移。结论与EcT进行对比研究后并经临床手术证实，说明该扫描方法有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To study whether improved scanning technology of MRI in sternum examination has the value of clinical application.Method MRI examination was given to the 15 patients whose sternum showed active bone metabolism by ECT, including 11 cases with other parts of the multiple bone metastatic tumor and 4 cases of no other parts of the anomaly.Results 11 cases of sternum along with other parts of the multiple bone metastatic tumor can obviously show the sternal bone destruction after MRI examination,the other 4 cases which has no other parts of abnormal were confirmed by operation without sternal metastasis.Conclusion Compared with ECT and confirmed by clinical operation,the scanning method has some value in clinical application.
