犬脓皮病药敏分析试验

Analysis on the Results of Drug Susceptibility Test for Dog Pyoderma

对1年以来本院就诊的犬脓皮病分离出82株中间型葡萄球菌和25株金黄色葡萄球菌进行药物敏感性试验。结果表明,82株中间型葡萄球菌对左氧氟沙星(85.6%)、环丙沙星(84.1%)和万古霉素(81.7%)等敏感率较高;对青霉素(21.9%)、氨苄西林钠(24.3%)和四环素(29.2%)敏感率较低;25株金黄色葡萄球菌对左氧氟沙星(88.0%)、环丙沙星(84.0%)和万古霉素(76.0%)等敏感率较高;对青霉素(4.0%)、四环素(8.0%)敏感率低。临床试验表明用喹诺酮类药物对葡萄菌感染的脓皮病效果最好,青霉素类耐用严重效果不良。

82 intermediate Staphylococcus aureus and 25 Staphylococcus aureus were isolated and identificated from canine pyoderma drug sensitivity test in our hospital in 1 year. The results drug of sensitivity test showed that were higher rate sensitive in 82 intermediate Staphylococcus aureus, including levofloxacin （85.6%）, ciprofloxacin （84.1%） and vancomycin （81.7%）. The resuks showed that sensitive lower rate in penicillin（21.9%）, ampicillin sodium （24.3%） and tetracycline （29.2%）. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that 25 Staphylococcus aureus levofloxacin （88.0%）, ciprofloxacin （84.0%） and vancomycin （76.0%）. The results showed that sensitive lower rate in penicillin（4.0%） and tetracycline （8.0%）. Clinical resistance trials showed that with the quinolone drugs the best grapes infection pyoderma effect and serious effect of penicillin.
