Design and Development on Standardized System of Concentrated Soaking Germination Equipment for Rice

为了解决当前集中式浸种催芽系统的催芽工艺、设备设计、规格均不统一、不便于推广使用等问题,设计研制了标准化水稻集中浸种催芽系统。系统对浸种催芽过程划分的更详细,更适用于自动化管理。系统分为相对独立的功能模块,扩展规模仅需要扩展模块即可。实践表明,该系统具有良好的推广价值。

To solve the problem of the disunity of the germination process and the equipment design and specification as well as not easy to expand of centralized soaking systems.It was essential to design and develop a standardized rice concentrated soaking pregermination system which could make the process of soaking pregermination more detailed and suitable for automated management. The system was divided into relatively independent modules. It could extend the module to expand the working scale. The practice showed that the system had favorable promotional value.
