摘要
为提高石英晶体的微调精度及效率,设计了双同道的石英晶体微调测试系统。测控系统采用同一信号源,同时激励2路π网络,2个独立的鉴相电路,可以满足石英晶体在微调过程中对石英晶体快速、宽范围、高精度的测试需要。采用变步距扫描的方法提高测试速度,满足微调控制要求。所设计双通道石英晶体调测控系统,可同时对2只石英晶体进行微调,提高了生产效率,同时未降低石英晶体的微调精度。微调实验结果表明,系统对石英晶体谐振频率的控制精度可以达到±1/2×106。
In order to improve the precision and efficiency of quartz crystal fine tuning, a twochannel measurement and control system of quartz crystal fine tuning is designed based on one signal generator and two independent phase detection circuits, which can meet the needs of the fast, wide range and high precision testing in the tuning process of quartz crystal. The method of changing step scanning is used to improve the test speed. The two-channel measurement and control system of quartz crystal fine tuning can tune two crystals simultaneously, which improves the production efficiency with the same testing precision. The experimental results show that the final frequency of the crystal can reach ±5/ 1000000 with the system.
