摘要
基于光伏最大功率跟踪实验的特点和要求,设计由锂电池供电的光伏发电功率测试仪;应用多组数码管,同时显示电压、电流和功率3个参数。该仪表采用瑞萨R8C/25单片机为控制核心,将被测系统的电压采样值和电流采样值经过AD转换为数字量,传送给单片机进行运算和显示。光伏电池板的输出电压随外界环境的改变而改变,利用多次测量取平均值的方法,有效减小被测电压的误差。通过与现有产品比较,此功率仪具有成本低、易操作、精度高等特点,已成功地应用于光伏最大功率跟踪实验中。
Based on the characteristics and requirements of photovohaic maximum power tracking experiment, a kind of photovoltaic power tester with lithium battery power is designed. Multiple sets of digital tube are applied in order to achieve simultaneous display of three parameters voltage, current and power. The Renesas RSC/25,a kind of MCU,is adopted as the control core. The sampling values of voltage and current of the system are converted to digital quantity through A/D, and transmitted to the microcontroller for operation and display. Output voltage of the photovoltaic cell changes with the external environment change. The errors of the measured voltage reduce effectively by gaining the average of multiple measurement. Compared with the existing products, this kind of power tester has great advantages such as low cost,easy operation and high accuracy etc, and it has been successfully used in photovohaic maximum power tracking experiments.
