摘要
在游泳普修教学中 ,自由泳达标的标准是要求学生连续完成任 1 0 0 m距离游进。在教学实践当中我们发现 ,采用以往的练习方法在短时间内对于大多数学生来讲是有较大难度的。这主要是由于大多数学生在掌握自由泳技术上有许多难度 ,特别是自由泳呼吸技术是学生掌握自由泳技术的一个难点 ,这些情况造成学生不能很好的较协调的连续完成较长距离的游进。运用浮漂进行自由泳技术辅助教学 ,可以减少学生的怕水心理 ,有利于自由泳技术的学习和掌握 。
In general teaching of swimming the freestyle standard for students to reach is to finish swimming any 100m. In teaching practice it was found that most of the students were difficult to reach the standard in a short period of time, applying the old training methods. That was because most of the students had a lot of difficulties to master freestyle skills, particularly the skill of breath in freestyle, which resulted in that the students could not swim for a long distance continuously and harmoniously. Applying floating as the supplementary measure to teach freestyle skills can reduce the students' feeling of being afraid of the water, benefit to learn and master freestyle skills and to improve their continuous swimming abilities.
