Social demands are the impetus of enterprise reform. And there is no exception in education. According to the times' requirements of the qualified PE personnel for the future society the study and tendency of education reform in departments and sections of Japanese PE universities were investigated and analyzed macroscopically. The opinions and considerations of the education reform in Chinese PE colleges and universities were illustrated.
