In the face of the chances and challenges of the 21st century, in order to suit the requirements of the development of the physical education course in market economy the establishment and practice standards of physical education personnel training in the 21st century were explored theoretically and practically. The purpose is to promote the improvement of teaching quality and personnel quality in physical education of the teachers colleges, so that the teaching aims can be put into effect.
