摘要
针对南海东部海域浅层疏松砂岩稠油海水深度大,泥面温度远低于原油凝固点的难题,采用举升方式优选、井筒准备、管柱设计、地面除砂、压差控制等综合控砂、防砂技术与管柱保温加热、地面加热及燃烧等降粘技术,不但控制了底层上砂,获得了高产能,也取全了各项测试资料,为本区的浅层勘探提供了重要的技术保障,对其它海域类似油藏的测试具有重要的借鉴意义。
To problems of heavy oil reserves in loose sandstone of shallow formation in east of South China Sea,deeper seawater and mud temperature being low to freezing point,selecting comprehensive controlling or preventing to product sand tech of artificial lifting method,preparing well-bore and designing well testing string,dealing with sand on surface and controlling flow pressure,and heating and heat preservation for crude oil in well testing string and pipe on the surface,it not only control producing formation sand to gain much big production yield,but also acquire full testing data,which provides an important technical guarantee for the exploration to shallow formation and has a reference sense for testing in the similar reservoir of other area.
