根据研究显示人对气候和时差的变化对人的运动能力有明显影响。通过对 2 0 0 0年奥运会主办城市悉尼比赛期间的气候要素 :气温、降水、温度、风速和时差进行分析 ,并将我国部分城市的气候要素进行分析 ,从中找出与悉尼气候较为接近的城市 ,进行数据的定量比较、分析和处理 ,从而得出与悉尼气候最为接近的我国城市是哈尔滨。参加奥运会的运动员可于 2 0 0 0年 8月底到 9月初进入哈尔滨进行适应性训练。对克服时差可采用改变作息时间的方法 ,每 5 d把时间向前拨 1 h,在 1 0

The change of climate and time difference obviously affects physical performance of the body. The climate factors of Sydney — the host city of the Olympic Games in 2000 during competition, such as temperature, precipitation, wind speed and time difference were analyzed. And those of some cities in China were analyzed as well, so as to find out the cities which climate factors are similar to those of Sydney. The data of Sydney and the Chinese cities were quantitatively compared, analyzed and processed. As a result, it was suggested that in China Harbin is the city which climate is the most similar to that of Sydney. The athletes who will attend the Olympic Games in 2000 may take adaptable training in Harbin from the end of August to the beginning of September in 2000. To overcome effects of time difference it was proposed to change the timetable of the athletes by setting the watch ahead of one hour in every five days so that the athletes will accommodate themselves to the Sydney time within 10 days.
